• Office Administrator - New Plymouth

  Join our team as the go-to Office Administrator for New Energy! You’ll be the welcoming front-of-house presence and the first point of contact for our office. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative support to our management team and project teams, manage inquiries, coordinate travel and accommodations, and handle accounts payable and insurance tasks. Additionally, you’ll play a vital part in our procurement process, maintain asset records, and act as a backup for payroll.

  What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: High school diploma; additional admin training is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally in a project-oriented environment.
  • Skills: Strong organization, multitasking, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Personal Traits: Team player, proactive, with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Licenses: Valid driver’s license required.
